    How do I get started?
    You need to register only once and agree to the terms and conditions to buy, sell, trade or redeem a handbag on our web site. If you would like to receive special offers and discounts be sure to check the “I want to receive your newsletter box.”

    What plans do you offer?
    We offer our Signature and Ltd. plans. We recommend the Signature Plan in order to maximize your revenue when it’s time to sell a bag. For a limited time we are offering our full- service Signature plan with a 80% savings at $2.99.

    How can I sell my handbag?
    Complete the bag registration form found on the "sell" page, be sure to fill out a form for each bag you are interested in selling. Then sign-up for our Signature or Ltd. plan and follow the instuctions listed.

    How do I buy a handbag?
    After you register or log in, browse our web site and place your selections you wish to purchase in the shopping cart. After you have completed your purchase(s) simply proceed to the check out page and complete the transaction.

    Are your handbags authentic?
    Only Authentic Designer handbags pass the test. We go through pains-taking efforts to make sure each and every handbag made available is 100% authentic. Our policy is a very strict one and we authenticate every handbag that is listed under our Signature plan.

    Do you provide a guarantee?
    Yes, if you are not entirely satified with your purchase, we will refund your purchase minus shipping and a $10 handling fee for bags returned within 5 days of the receipt of your handbag.

    What is the selection like?
    Our inventory changes daily. The rarest and hottest “It” bags sell quickly so you must check our inventory often.

    Do I have to be a member?
    You do not need to be a member to purchase a handbag. If you are interested in selling a handbag, we have two plans to select from with the best value being the Signature plan.

    Can I cancel at any time?
    Yes. You may cancel your plan at anytime by providing written notification of your cancellation. Send a email to baglady@frombagstoriches.com.

    Gift Certificates – How do I redeem?
    In order to pay with a gift certificate, simply follow the routine checkout procedure. When you reach payment options, select “pay with credit card.” Enter the code located on your gift certificate in the appropriate field click "recalculate". After entering the code, proceed through the rest of the checkout process as normal.

    On our home page at the top toolbar you will see a Gift Certificate link. Click on the link and place the appropriate dollar amount gift certificate into your shopping cart and continue shopping or checkout.

    How long will it take to receive my purchase?
    You can expect to receive your order in about 2-3 days when paying by credit card. When paying by check orders generally take up to 2 weeks to ship.
