Follow the easy instructions below to return or exchange your item within 5 days of receiving your shipment:

1. Obtain a return authorization number by contacting us via email customercare@frombagstoriches.com or our toll-free number 866-YAYA-BAG (866-929-2224). An RA number is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. To prepare your package for pickup: Place the product in its original packaging and include all items that were originally in the product box.

3. On the outside of the package, write in bold letters: Your RA number and the words "NetReturn Pickup".

4. BagBanco will not accept the return of used or altered merchandise. If tags are removed from product, the return will not be accepted.

5. Returned product should be shipped through a traceable carrier, such as DHL or FedEx. BagBanco will not be held liable for reimbursement of returned shipments that are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

If you don't follow this process, your credit or exchange may be delayed pending proof of delivery to our warehouse. Please follow the above directions or you will assume risk of loss and payment of return freight.
